Hard Rock Bet numbers show that Caitlin Clark's WNBA debut has radically altered betting behavior leaguewide. Each of Clark's games creates spikes in betting handle and book volume, and she is the media darling and a catalyst for the betting market.
For the entire 2025 season through mid-July, WNBA action has been consistent for Hard Rock Bet, and the handle is building enormously when Clark is suiting up. She is producing games for the Indiana Fever, responsible for 40% of handle above league average and roughly 29% extra wagering.
Not only does her presence affect betting on single games, but it also translates into season-long futures betting. This would include WNBA MVP and Scoring Title, where she is typically one of the favorites.
These statistics paint an enormous picture of sports betting and show that star power can widen the economics of the entire league and the entertainment business. Clark's scoring, 3-point shooting, and national profile attract betting customers and general fans, helping to create an entirely new betting model for the WNBA.
With prop bets, game totals, and player of the year awards now constructed around her games, Clark's influence has been a headline story of the 2025 WNBA season, creating more fan interest and betting dollars. Clark is on track to be one of the best WNBA players of all time.
