Final Four Odds & Updated Betting Lines: March Madness Picks 2025

Duke, Auburn, and Florida are the most significant favorites by the Final Four odds following Selection Sunday and the 2025 bracket reveal. Those three teams and Houston earned the four No. 1 seeds in the bracket, and are the favorites to win their respective regions and advance to the Final Four in San Antonio on Saturday, April 5.

Duke sits atop the March Madness odds, and its Final Four odds after the bracket reveal mirror those numbers. Duke will begin its 2025 NCAA Tournament on Friday, and star Cooper Flagg is expected to be back in the lineup.

Odds to win the East region

The East region will go through Duke, which remains the consensus betting favorite to win March Madness:

Houston is the favorite in the Midwest region, although the competition is closer than in the East with Tennessee (+370) having the shortest odds of the four No. 2 seeds in the tournament,

Odds to win the South region

Auburn's given even money and a 50% implied probability of winning the South region. Michigan State (+490) is well back as the closest competition.

Odds to win the West region

Florida moved to second on the March Madness oddsboard beyond Duke after earning a No. 1 seed. It's a heavy favorite to win the West. Third-seeded Texas Tech has shorter odds to win this region than No. 2 St. John's.
