Love him or hate him, you have to respect the run Muhammad is on right now. The welterweight title-holder is unbeaten in his last 11 bouts, including wins over Sean Brady (No. 1 challenger) and Leon Edwards (No. 3). He may be boring to the casual MMA fan, but the Palestinian fights with finesse.
Della Maddalena has pieced together quite a resume too during a winning streak that dates back to 2016. But one key aspect missing is a five-round fight. The Australian might boast the striking advantage over Muhammad, but is he as formidable as Edwards in that department? Doubtful.
As such, Muhammad should be able to control this fight with his grappling ability, just as Gilbert Burns did against Della Maddalenna before being knocked out. The champ has been showing poise and tranquility in the octagon recently, so we'll back him to earn a ninth win via decision in his last 12 outings.

Prepolec is an awesome story. The Canadian will get to fight in front of his fellow countrymen on the main card after spending the last five years away from the UFC. However, it's hard to imagine him earning a fairytale ending.
Saint Denis has been enduring a tough go recently after losing to Dustin Poirier and Renato Moicano in his last two outings. However, his opponent has never racked up a win under the UFC promotion, so to say it's a drop in opponent quality is putting it lightly.
Saint Denis hasn't gone the distance since 2021, winning five fights before the stoppage during that period. His ground game will overwhelm Prepolec early and often, and this bout will be over before it begins.
