Now Hiring: The Master of March Sadness

Has your March Madness bracket never made it past Day 1? Do you pick your teams with absolute confidence, only to watch them crumble in spectacular fashion?
If so, we should talk.
We're looking for that special stooge who predicts with conviction and fails with style to share their anguish, or uhh … wisdom and guide others through their March Madness misery.
Interested? Apply below.
🔮 Your path to bracket enlightenment (aka The Job)
- Host a daily one hour virtual support session on Zoom during every March Madness game day
- Share your "What was I thinking?" moments to help others process their own bracket regrets
- Provide top-tier excuses for picking obviously doomed teams
- Master the art of explaining why you're "technically still in it" despite being in last place
- Offer expert guidance on convincing yourself that your bracket could still make a comeback
📋 You must be this "Good" to apply
- Definitely knew Fairleigh Dickinson was going to beat Purdue in 2023 (but can't find the bracket to prove it)
- Expert at explaining why that No. 14 seed was "definitely going all the way"
- Totally had George Mason in the Final Four back in '06 (just ask anyone)
- Maintains unshakable optimism despite overwhelming evidence, at least externally
- Can rationalize any pick no matter how questionable
- Advanced jinxing abilities: Proven ability to curse any team you pick. If you choose a favorite, they lose. If you choose an underdog, they get blown out.
- Understanding of basketball optional: This has nothing to do with knowledge of the game, it's about your (in)ability to make picks
- Bonus points if you make picks based solely off of the school mascot
- You proudly enter your company pool every year despite knowing you're just contributing to the pot with no hope of payout
