The story in the AL East thus far is the New York Yankees and their torpedo bats, but they're actually third in the division behind the two teams that traded at the lowest win total ahead of the regular season. The Toronto Blue Jays are off to a red-hot start, and the Tampa Bay Rays follow closely behind. As a result, both teams are trading at totals above 80 now.
Despite their poor start, the Boston Red Sox are still trading at 85.5, while the Yankees have jumped back into the 90s.
Meanwhile, does anyone want to win in the Central? Every team is 2-4 to start the year, and though that's a disappointment for most, it's actually relatively good news for Chicago White Sox backers. Before the season, the White Sox were the second-most bet team at BetMGM based on tickets on their Over.
The West is much more tight than you might expect, with the Seattle Mariners trading only two wins behind the Houston Astros and three behind the Texas Rangers. The Astros dealt away perennial MLB MVP odds contender Kyle Tucker and lost Alex Bregman, so it makes sense to see them trading at this total rather than one in the 90s, especially since they won only 88 games last year with those two. They did, however, add Christian Walker, one of the best first basemen in baseball.

As a result, the Braves' win total is now set at 89.5 games.
The Central features a surprise, too, with the St. Louis Cardinals actually playing solid baseball. It's the Chicago Cubs, though, who are seen as easily the best team in the division based on their win total. And they've rebounded nicely following a slow start to the season.
Finally, we come to the West, which features the only team projected to win 100-plus games. Yes, it is entirely possible (and likely) that the Dodgers will be even better during the regular season this year. Their rotation is truly something to marvel at with the additions of Blake Snell and Roki Sasaki and the expected return of Shohei Ohtani.
