Simply put, I don't believe the juice is worth the squeeze with the Blue Jays (+300). It doesn't seem the team is willing to play ball and give Guerrero the contract he seeks, as evidenced by the two sides being so far apart heading into spring training. The unfortunate reality for Toronto is someone out there will pay Guerrero, even if it's above market value.

The Yankees (+470) are a not-so-sneaky contender in this market. After losing Juan Soto to their cross-town rivals this offseason, the Bronx Bombers need to make a splash in the coming seasons. Given the uncertainty at both corner infield spots going forward, what better way to appease fans than acquire one of the league's best young hitters?

There is a contender hardly on oddsmakers' radars, though, that I believe deserves to be taken seriously in this market. The Dodgers (+1500) cannot be counted out of the race for Guerrero, even after a busy offseason ahead of the upcoming campaign.

Freddie Freeman and Max Muncy will be 36 and 35 respectively by the time next season rolls around. The latter has a club option on his contract for next year, so if Los Angeles is looking to improve its infield, Guerrero would be just another piece to the winning puzzle.

The Dodgers have the prospect pool and cash necessary to make a move for the superstar possible.
