It’s a miracle that the No. 3 seed Texas Tech Red Raiders (28-8) got past Arkansas in the last round, but they did. Now they get to take on the No. 1 seed Florida Gators (33-4) in the Elite Eight to wrap up the West Region.

Tipoff from Chase Center in San Francisco is scheduled for Saturday at 6:09 p.m. ET (TBS/truTV).  As our March Madness predictions series continues, we'll dive into our best Florida vs. Texas Tech parlay picks and SGP odds, with Florida listed as a 7-point betting favorite.

🔥 Florida vs. Texas Tech Over 155.5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Let’s start our parlay off with my favorite bet for Saturday’s Florida vs. Texas Tech matchup. These offenses have been incredibly efficient–since Feb. 1, Texas Tech ranks seventh in adjusted offensive efficiency while Florida ranks second. On the year, Florida is third in points per game (85.5) while Tech is 23rd (80.9), giving us a total of 166.4, well above the posted number.

Both sides also play at a reasonable pace, which makes this low number that much more confusing. Florida ranks as the 54th fastest team since Feb. 1, while Texas Tech is 204th. While Florida has slowed things down in the tournament, Texas Tech has sped things up.

Buy the over at a surprisingly low number before it ticks up.

🔥 Christian Anderson Over 10.5 points ⭐⭐⭐⭐

With Chance McMillian sidelined, Texas Tech has trusted Anderson with a huge role. He is averaging 39.7 minutes per game in the tournament with a minimum of 37 minutes played. That leads us to my second-favorite bet for Saturday’s tilt.

Anderson’s increased role didn’t result in much scoring during the first weekend of the tournament. He shot a brutal 22.2% from the field and failed to score in double figures over two starts. However, he bounced back to shoot 50% versus Arkansas–closer to his season average of 43%–and scored 22 in the process.

📊 Best odds: -118 via FanDuel ($10 to win $8.47)

🔥 Walter Clayton Jr. Over 19.5 points ⭐⭐⭐

Let’s wrap up our parlay with a final pick that’s correlated to the full-game over. Clayton Jr., Florida’s leading scorer, exploded for 23 points in the tournament's first two games before getting held to 13 by Maryland. While his struggles in that game were concerning, it’s worth noting that Maryland is one of the premier perimeter defenses in the country. Texas Tech is not.

Clayton is an exceptionally efficient scorer. He is shooting 38.6% from beyond the arc on the year despite taking a substantial 7.8 3-point attempts per game. That kind of production from long-distance can yield the massive scoring performances we’ve seen from him already this tournament, so trust him to deliver again on Saturday.

📊 Best odds: -102 via FanDuel ($10 to win $9.80)
