March Madness Final Four Odds & Updated Betting Lines: Our Picks & Predictions Ahead of Sweet 16

The madness of March has been limited thus far. Ahead of the Sweet 16, we still have four No. 1 seeds, three No. 2 seeds, two No. 3 seeds, and three No. 4 seeds. Not a lot of upsets through the first two rounds, to say the least.
That doesn't mean that'll continue, though, and we offered our March Madness long shot rankings ahead of the Sweet 16, which concludes today.
But the leap to the top of the Final Four odds is still a big one, and we should get some excellent NCAA Tournament basketball with so many top schools still in the running.
Let's have a look at the latest March Madness Final Four odds.

🏅Final four favorites
It's happened just four times in history according to the March Madness stats & records: all four No. 1 seeds reaching the Final Four. The oddsmakers would have you believe that it's not beyond the pale to happen this year.
All four top seeds lead the way as favorites: No. 1 Duke (-182), No. 1 Auburn (-133), No. 1 Florida (-128), and No. 1 Houston (-125) are all trading at minus money to reach the penultimate stage of the tournament.
Currently, Duke is getting both the highest ticket percentage (13.2%) and highest handle (38.3%) to win the NCAA Tournament at BetMGM. Florida is in second (9.1% of the tickets and 12.7% of the handle).
Looking at the March Madness Sweet 16 schedule and odds, we see Houston has the toughest path (having to face a No. 2 or 3 seed if it advances to the Elite Eight) while Florida arguably has the easiest path if it advances (facing a No. 3 or No. 10).
- If No. 1 Florida beats No. 4 Maryland in the West Region, it'll face No. 3 Texas Tech or No. 10 Arkansas in the Elite Eight.
- If No. 1 Auburn beats No. 5 Michigan in the South Region, it'll face No. 2 Michigan State or No. 6 Ole Miss in the Elite Eight.
- If No. 1 Duke beats No. 4 Arizona in the East Region, it'll face No. 2 Alabama or No. 6 BYU in the Elite Eight.
- If No. 1 Houston beats No. 4 Purdue in the Midwest Region, it'll face No. Tennessee or No. 3 Kentucky
Below, we'll look at the odds to win each region.
🌎 Odds to win each region
East Region
Unsurprisingly, the East runs through Duke. The Blue Devils are the biggest favorites to reach the final four and the consensus betting favorites to win the national championship per the March Madness odds.
